High temperature water boiler project
Project outline
In Kharkov city as well as in other cities of Ukraine, heat and hot water supply are being provided by local heat supply system that covers the most of the city’s public facilities and housing heat demand. However, these supply system facilities are quite old and keep on aging, making an equipment update an important issue in terms of environment and energy supply proce
Current project is about replacing the aging large-sized hot water boilers with a made in Japan high-efficiency hot water boiler system. Promoting the system improvement by decentralization, we aim to achieve high efficiency in heat and hot water stable supply of distinct heat supply system. Efficient heat supply system improvement with the latest hot water boilers makes it possible to stabilize the hot water heating supply provision as well as promote a significant carbon dioxide emission reduction effect as a plus.
Research project for update and modernization possibilities in coal fired power plant
Project Outline
Having one of the Kazakhstan’s coal-fired power plant as a target for an update, we have investigated current condition of the plant as well as its external environment and surroundings. In addition, a study for discovering possible business opportunities and adaptability for bilateral offset credit system has been done.
Most of the power plants in Kazakhstan are currently running on coal and fuel. Many of the facilities already passed 30 years of service verge since they started operations. Their current state is a way far behind international equipment standards and a number of operators are being troubled by equipment inefficiency and utilization decrease due to its aging. Considering the circumstances and the local needs, we have found this situation as highly potential for future project possibilities. We have conducted a field survey of the CHP plant located in Almaty which is owned by one of the largest energy operators
In order to realize the project we are currently working on resolving various issues. In the future, we also plan to originate the project layout based on more detailed field survey
